At successism we believe you are successful in everything you set your mind too. Yes everything. You are often aware of the effective strategies you use when you achieve the positive things that you are proud of in your life. However what you often fail to see are the very successful strategies you use to acquire the phobias, anxieties, poor health, anger, etc. that you manifest for yourself. You work perfectly to accomplish what you are currently accomplishing. Imagine being able to recognise and substitute your effective negative strategies for effective positive strategies.

How could it be that the mind is this easily directed to heal and change, and yet people remain stuck and sick?

To find solutions to the question we embarked on a course of study to find practical strategies to assist in effecting change. Our motives were personal as well as professional. We want to help our clients to transcend their past difficulties and self imposed limitations, so that they can get on with the pleasure of life. For our own satisfaction, we wanted to move beyond fixing problems to creating possibilities. Our studies lead us into the fields of hypnotherapy training and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

We completed our training, ventured into the therapy profession…. and found our passion. Without question, this is what we love to do, helping people realize their potential, and feel good about who they are.

Steve has been working in the field of personal development and education from the time he finished school. His first eight years was spent as a schoolteacher. Steve then progressed into the field of training and employee development with a multi national company in Melbourne, Australia.

His experiences in the field of education and training provided him with a front row seat into the observation of personal development. Steve observed the different levels of motivation, among his school age subjects and later on, among his mature co- workers and clients. Curious to understand the mechanics of people who are motivated and successful in achieving their desired outcomes, he went on a personal journey of education and self development. He undertook studies and training in the fields of Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P). What an amazing journey this is turning out!!!. The tools he acquired have assisted him in achieving outstanding success with in his private practice as a psychotherapist. Steve is also able to seamlessly take strategies from N.L.P. and hypnosis blending them together to facilitate training sessions that are designed to help organisations achieve ecological outcomes for individuals and teams.

Olivia has been working in the business world for 23 years. Olivia’s early specialization was in the area of corporate grooming and image, her outstanding skills earning her the position of an International Trainer.

Years of working with people on their ‘outside’ and witnessing the positive change on their self esteem and the increased influence they exerted on colleagues and business partners was rewarding work. However Olivia was perceptive enough to observe that under the “coats of varnish”, often lay a humanly fragile core. Olivia believed that her work would be all the more effective if she worked “from the inside, out”. Ever willing to do better, Olivia qualified herself as a nutritionist, and set up a highly successful business as an image coach / nutritionist for 9 years. Keen to keep abreast of new developments and constantly searching for effective tools to achieve better, quicker and longer lasting results Olivia gained qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Olivia has the gift of wisdom and is a natural intuitive .When Olivia works with you, combining these qualities with her skills from diverse fields such as imaging, nutrition, psychotherapy, hypnosis and N.L.P, you get to witness not only a very professional individual but one that is extremely effective and has a success rate second to none.
